An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29 – Haruka Shiraishi and Yasunori Matsumoto join cast

Father and daughter Cocko and Cockdole get voice actors
New fantasy adventure anime An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29 has added two more voice actors to its cast.
They are Haruka Shiraishi and Yasunori Matsumoto, and will be voicing supporting characters Cocko and her father Cockdole respectively.
Haruka Shiraishi you will know for her wonderful work in roles like Asirpa in Golden Kamuy and Hime in ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess, while Yasunori Matsumoto, who has voiced an astounding number of characters, has most recently played roles like Matthew in Anne Shirley, and Kojirou in SK8 the Infinity.
Cocko and Cockdole character designs released
Cute character designs for both new characters were also released via the official An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29 X account, with Yasunori Matsumoto commenting about his role as Cockdole:
I hope that Cookdole, whom I play, and his daughter Cocko are able to support kindness even a little.
with Haruka Shiraishi talking about her role as Cocko saying:
I would be happy if you could pay attention to the growth and true feelings that Cocko-chan shows!
An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29 production details
The upcoming fantasy anime is based on the massively popular manga series by Ippei Nara. A series that already has 20 volumes out, and doesn’t show any sign of stopping.
It is directed and written by Toshinori Fukushima (director of Dad is a Hero, Mom is a Spirit, I’m a Reincarnator), with Yoshihiro Nagamori (Beyblade X) designing the characters.
Studio HORNETS (Somali and the Forest Spirit) is animating the series.
An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29 trailer was released by KADOKAWA last month, and it gives a fabulous look at protagonist and adventurer Hajime Shinonome (played by Makoto Furukawa) and Rirui (Sayumi Suzushiro), the young girl he finds in a dungeon, saves, and from then on begins to take care of.
For better or worse, as we will soon find out.
