We just got the final trailer for Link Click, Season 3, Part One dropping today as the next installment of the hit Chinese donghua heads our way on August 14th, and let’s just say we may not be getting the happy ending we have all been hoping for?!!?
At least if the hints in the just-released trailer are anything to go by.
The latest season of the mystery suspense donghua follows on from Season 2, which ended on September 22nd, 2023 so, yep, it’s been a while since we have had a full season release.
Season 3 is scheduled for 12 episodes, and is animated by CMC Media, who also animated the six-episode side story Link Click: Bridon Arc.
Its plot is described by Bilibili like this:
“After the Li Tianchen incident comes to a close, Time Photo Studio returns to a superficial peace. However, the news of Xia Fei’s disappearance once again draws everyone into a crossroads of fate.
With Vein’s return and Qiao Ling’s awakening of her superpowers, Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang gradually uncover the secrets of the Bahati fire case, while Cheng Xiaoshi’s father, Cheng Weimin, and mother, Shao Yuanyuan, also seem to have intricate connections to it.

The Link Click, Season 3, Part One trailer was released today via the donghua’s social media accounts with the tagline:
“Perhaps all pursuits of secrets ultimately trace back to the origin.”
I guess we will start discovering if that is true when Season 3 of the donghua kicks off on Friday, eh?
