If you are not currently subscribed to the official YOUKU streaming platform, you may be wondering where you can watch every episode of the Chinese donghua Big Brother free and legally.
After all, while every episode of Big Brother (aka Shixiong A Shixiong) is streaming on the YOUKU platform, unfortunately, the donghua is only available to watch beyond Episode 3 for those who have VIP status on the service.
Thankfully, while YOUKU’s streaming platform does feature 1080p viewing and streams both Seasons 1 and 2 of Big Brother, it is still possible to watch it elsewhere — free and legally.
Where to watch Big Brother donghua both free and legally?
Luckily, although it first appears YOUKU is the only legal platform streaming the Big Brother donghua, you can actually find it for free and completely legal on YOUKU’s YouTube channel — YOUKU Animation.
The channel originally released each episode separately, but is now also offering videos featuring multi-episodes plus single episodes. (See videos for Episodes 1 through 65 below)
Those videos will allow you to watch all episodes of Big Brother, Season 1, and, currently, up to Episode 72 from Season 2.
You will find every episode via this playlist, which is added to weekly, although every episode has not been uploaded in the correct order so you will have to figure that out yourself.
I have also found these videos brilliant for downloading (if you have a YouTube subscription), as they’re fabulous to watch on a long plane flight.
And that is how you can watch every episode of the Chinese action adventure/martial arts donghua Big Brother for free, and legally.
The donghua, by the way, is animated by Sparkly Key Animation (who also animate the smash-hit animated series Tales of Herding Gods), and produced by YOUKU.
