Along with being one of the oldest, it is also now one of the largest animation companies in China, as it employs more than 2,000 people in seven locations.
According to Original Force itself, that staff has been responsible for providing high-quality animation and other services to not only other Chinese companies, but also to world leaders in entertainment.
Those companies include extremely high-profile companies like Electronic Arts (EA), DreamWorks, Warner Bros, Disney, Netflix, Tencent, Epic Games, ByteDance, AMC and Sogou.
That international collaboration has led to the company’s involvement on more than 1,000 titles.
Original Force’s business goals
As it states in its mission statement, “Original Force is committed to empowering the best content creators and companies with their top talent, leading-edge technologies, professional management, and exceptional production efficiency.”
Some of the donghua Original Force has created
Donghua fans will be familiar with most of the donghua series Original Force has been responsible for creating, but none of them more so than “A Record of a Mortal’s Journey to Immortality” — a world-class animated series, and probably its most well-known and loved.
That donghua premiered with its first season in 2020, and just released its fourth season this month (January, 2025).
Here then are some others:

- Mama Mi Ya (Duck Duck Goose) film — (2018)
- Fanren Xiu Xian Chuan (A Record of a Mortal’s Journey to Immortality) — (2020 – present)

- Xiuluo Wu Shen (Martial God Asura)— (2023)
