The upcoming romantic comedy anime Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister has a new trailer out today.
The main Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister trailer released earlier today introduces the main characters — the three Amagami sisters, and protagonist and would-be medical student Uryuu Kamihate.
It also gives us a snippet of the anime’s sweetopening theme song – ‘Yawaku Koishite ~Zutto Bokura de Iraremasu yō ni~‘ performed by idol group Momoiro Clover Z, and the anime’s premiere date – October 1st, 2024.
Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister (aka Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi) is a 24-episode series that will air in two consecutive cours.
The rom-com anime will be streaming on Crunchyroll worldwide.
Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister staff and cast
The Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister anime series is being directed by Yuujiro Abe (KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!), with Yasuko Aoki (The Demon Prince of Momochi House) in charge of series composition, and Haruko Iizuka (The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies) designing the cute characters.
Studio Drive (KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! 3) is in charge of anime production.
Shion Wakayama (Destiny in Takt Op. Destiny) is voicing Asahi Amagami, while Sumire Uesake (Nagatoro in Don’t Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro ) is Yae Amagami, Kaede Hondo (Maple in BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense.) is Yuna Amagami, and Ryouta Suzuki (Yuu Ishigami in Kaguya-sama: Love is War) plays Uryuu Kamihate.
