The Banished Court Magician’s Regulus Galdana character video drops – anime’s most spoiled prince as obnoxious as ever

Let’s face it, when it comes to characters in the ongoing The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest anime series, prince Regulus Galdana probably isn’t one of your favorites.
He’s spoiled, he’s obnoxious, he’s a bully, and he’s always blaming somebody else (usually protagonist Alec who he then fires) for his own shortcomings.
But, as The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest is dropping updated character visuals this week, today it’s Regulus’ turn.
And, while the anime’s latest character trailer does show the prince bullying Alec, it also includes scenes from Episode 5 of the anime as the pair finally have their fight.
An episode in which, while Regulus is never going to become most people’s favorite, both he and Alec did end up getting the redemption they deserved.
And, with the little prince leaving the episode not quite as hated as he was before it. Well, at least by me. And maybe you too, right?
The Banished Court Magician’s character videos
Regulus’ video follows on from the slew of other character videos we also got from the Studio Gekkou-animated fantasy anime.
Those videos began with one a couple of weeks ago for fired court magician himself, Alec Ygret, of course.
They were then quickly followed by those for his friends and fellow adventurer party members Yorha, Ornest, Krasia, along with the man who started it all, former court magician, Eldas Miheila, Alec’s mentor.
My guess is we will likely get a video for Loki Silveria dropping next, as he did just prove his worth in a dungeon raid in Episodes 4 and 5.
Even if he did need Alec and the rest of his Lasting Period party members to help save his own party members from certain death.
The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest is streaming internationally, with five episodes out so far.
Give it a try if you enjoy a chill fantasy anime, and haven’t already.
It has been my not even remotely guilty pleasure since it began, as the art style is nice, and the camaraderie between the four main characters is exceptionally fun.
