Great Journey of Teenagers S4 celebrates Lichun, beginning of Spring, with Xiao Se visual
The ongoing martial arts Chinese anime Great Journey of Teenagers, Season 4 celebrated Lichun, the first day of Spring in China, today with a new visual featuring protagonist Xiao Se.
Accompanying the strikingly green and vibrant visual, which was released via animation studio CG Year‘s Weibo account, was the message:
Today marks the beginning of spring, #立春 (aka Lichun)!
Let’s bid farewell to the cold winter blues and make some spring wishes with Xiao Se!

As the year turns, frost and ice fade away, Spring arrives, and nature awakens.
Lichun is the first of 24 solar periods in Chinese culture, and heralds the beginning of Spring.
It usually occurs on the 3rd or 4th of February, with Lichun taking placing in 2025 on February 3rd, and ends on February 18th.
