New ‘Over the Divine Realms’ poster features Ning Changjiu and his sister Xiaoling – dongua drops in 4 days

Shenguo Zhi Shang premieres on June 14th
There’s a new poster out for the upcoming Chinese donghua Over the Divine Realms (aka Shenguo Zhi Shang), as the animated series itself premieres on iQIYI on June 14th in China.
So, yep, that poster is our Four Day Countdown reminder to the donghua’s drop. Yay!
The latest Over the Divine Realms poster is a sweet look at 16-year-old protagonist Ning Changjiu and his sister Ning Xiaoling, as she holds onto his arm and looks pleadingly at him.
Along with the new visual, which dropped on iQIYI’s Weibo account, and on the account of animation studio CG Year, two messages were also released.

They are senior brother and sister, and also the most important people on the path of cultivation.
From June 14th, every Saturday at 10:00, let’s enjoy Ning Changjiu and Ning Xiaoling’s journey to the Kingdom of God together.
whereas CG Year jokingly said about Ning Xiaoling:
There are 4 days left before the broadcast!
“Brother, I am practicing my sword skills well! Don’t say I am stupid again!”
Over the Divine Realms production details
The Shenguo Zhi Shang donghua is based on the popular novel of the same name written by Zi Jianyi Sijian.
The 3D-animated series adaptation of that novel is directed by Xu Zheng (The Land of Miracles – aka Shen Lan Qi Yu Wushuang Zhu).
Voice actor Shi Zekun (Immortal Emperor Xun in Twin Martial Souls) is voicing Ning Changjiu, with Tang Xiaoxi (Xiao Qing in Green Snake and White Snake) playing Ning Ziaoling.
As for its plot, not a huge amount has been released, but Douban explains it like this:
Six days and nights, a strange case, and a boy who is killed and then returns to twelve years ago.
Can he break the shackles of the kingdom of God this time?
The first three episodes drop on June 14th
Look out for Episodes 1 through 3 of Over the Divine Realms premiering on iQIYI on June 14th, with one new episode releasing every Saturday morning after that.
The donghua is currently scheduled for a total of 17 episodes for its first season.
Check out the Over the Divine Realms trailer below as well because, as upcoming donghua releases goes, this appears to feature some stunning character models and a beautiful art style.
From that snippet alone, the plot looks pretty epic as well!
