Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World S2 cast joined by Rena Hasegawa, Sora Tokui and three others

Five new cast members have just been announced for the ongoing second season of the fantasy romance anime Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World.

You will remember, the anime hit a production snag during its second season last August and was then put on hiatus for eight months (yep, eight long months!) before it recently resumed on April 10th, 2024 with a re-broadcast of Episode 1.

Now it’s back on, the Our Last Crusade X page has just announced the addition of five voice actors to the anime’s cast.

They are:

Rena Hasegawa (Kuroeda in Plus-Sized Elf) who is voicing Yumilecia

Yurie Kozakai (Miyahira-sensei in Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) voicing Cystea 

Sora Tokui (Mikohime in A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring) who is playing Noel

Rin Kurusu (Cyan in KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World) voicing Nami

Hina Tachibana (Satie in The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human) plays Ashe

All five of the new cast members will appear in Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World, Season 2, Episode 5, which is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, May 8th, 2025.
