Tales of Herding Gods Ep 7 trailer has Qin Mu heading to the Great Void ruins to learn their secret

As the fantasy cultivation donghua Tales of Herding Gods gets better and better as each new episode premieres, the recently released Tales of Herding Gods, Episode 7 trailer promises another episode that hits even higher animation and art style heights.
In the 46-second non-English subtitled trailer, we see protagonist Qin Mu using his ‘Divine Resonance’ powers to level up even further, while the elders in the village worry whether this is a good or bad thing for their “grandson”.
Meanwhile, it appears there may be a secret hidden in the Great Void ruins, and Mu is heading off to find out what it is. And, of course, he’s being watched.
Tales of Herding Gods, Episode 7 releases on Bilibili’s streaming platform on Sunday, December 1st.
It will only be available for VIP subscribers first, but will become free for everyone when Episode 8 hits next week.
Once Episode 7 premieres, then Episode 6 (watch trailer) will also become free-to-watch.
What is the plot of the Tales of Herding Gods donghua?
The Chinese donghua follows protagonist Qin Mu, who is heading into his teens when we first meet him.
Mu has been brought up in the Disabled Elderly Village by a group of nine retired cultivists/martial artists.
The village is in an area called ‘The Wastelands’ where, if you don’t get back to the village or to a safe temple before nightfall, chances are you will never be seen again.
Now, as he heads into his teens and is still leaving in the Wastelands, it is imperative Mu learns not only how to be independent and survive alone, but also how to destroy anyone coming after him.
After all, while the elders in the village may look like your typical grandma and grandads, in reality they are anything but, and that has earned them many enemies.
Enemies who will now also be after Mu.
Look out for Tales of Herding Gods, Episode 8 on Sunday because, after last week’s amazing fights taking place on animal back, those awful villains who see themselves as ‘righteous’, and the grandma and grandpas coming to Mu’s rescue, you just know this latest installment will be even more kickass.
