Adventures in Subduing Demons Plot (Synopsis via YOUKU)

A civilization lost in the dust of time, where ancient powerhouses sought their own paths to kingship. A modern youth, Jiang Hao, who was merely a pawn, steps into the prehistoric wilderness in search of his missing father.

Armed with his incomplete “power bank” totem, he battles against men, carving a path of survival from primitive tribes to mysterious ancient cities; he struggles against the earth, traversing the vast wilderness, hunting ancient beasts, and from these creatures, he learns ancient and mystical totemic sorcery; he fights against the heavens, as extraterrestrial demonic light emerges, threatening to devour the magnificent Six Desolates Land.

Against the tide, he ignites himself, transforming into a sun to combat the celestial demons!

Unbeknownst to him, the shackles of fate have already ensnared him, while his father’s smile continues to linger.
