The official X account of the Kaiju No. 8 anime series has announced the English dub for Kaiju No. 8, Episode 11 and 12 is going to be delayed.
No reason was given, with just a comment that the English dub for Episode 11 would be available from July 6th at 8am PT, while the Kaiju No. 8, Episode 12 English dub will be out on July 13th at 8am PT.
Of course, while it is annoying to not be able to watch an English dubbed version of the final two episodes of Season 1 of Kaiju No. 8 for a couple more weeks, you can at least watch the original Japanese language subtitled episodes if you honestly cannot wait.
They will be released on time.
Kaiju No. 8, which is seriously one of the best anime of 2024, is being animated by Production I.G. (who are doing an amazing job if the truth be told).
It is based on the manga series by Naoya Matsumoto, and is directed by Shigeyuki Miya and Tomomi Kamiya.
The upcoming Episode 11 might just be one of the most exciting of the season as well, as we find out what happens to Kafka now his secret is out.
(Come on, dub fans, there is no way you can wait an extra two weeks!!)
