Magic Maker’s Marie character video intros a big sister who wants to protect her brother

The upcoming isekai anime Magic Maker: Isekai Mahō no Tsukurikata~ (aka How to Perform Alternate World Magic) has a new character video out.
One that makes this fantasy anime look incredibly cute.
This time it’s a Magic Maker‘s Marie character video, with the auburn-haired Marie talking about how she must get stronger because, as a big sister, it is up to her to protect her little brother, Shion.
She is also amazed how cool Shion is because, if magic does exist, she wants to be able to see it too.
The new Marie character video also features the voice of Ai Kakuma (Eris in Mushoku Tensei) who is playing Marie in the anime.
The plot of Magic Maker: Isekai Mahō no Tsukurikata~
The new isekai anime is based on the popular light novels written by Kazuki Kaburagi and with illustrations by Kururi.
A manga adaptation has also been released.
It tells the story of a man who dies unexpectedly and wakes up in another world as a young boy named Shion.
Unfortunately for Shion, while he longs for magic to exist, it doesn’t seem to exist at all.
Until something happens on a trip to a lake that makes him realize the only reason magic doesn’t exist, is because it hasn’t been discovered yet.
And that means he can research and create magic himself.
Soon, after a disease appears that can only be treated by magic and an enemy arrives who can only be defeated by it, Shion becomes a hero whose purpose is to save the world.
The Magic Maker: Isekai Mahō no Tsukurikata~ is being directed by Kazuomi Koga (Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible), with Keiichirou Ouchi (The Demon Girl Next Door) in charge of scripts, and Takayuki Noguchi (The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy) as character designer.
Studio Deen (KonoSuba) is in charge of anime production.

The Magic Maker: Isekai Mahō no Tsukurikata~ anime is currently scheduled to premiere in 2025.
