The official premiere date for Chinese donghua Stellar Transformations, Season 6 has been released, along with a new visual featuring all the main characters.
The long-awaited continuation of the animated martial arts series was announced quite a while ago but, since then, new information has been quite scarce.
Now, however, we know Stellar Transformations, Season 6 will premiere on January 30th with the Divine Realm Arc.
A trailer for that arc came out via Yuewen Animation’s YouTube channel a few months ago (watch down below).
The donghua’s premiere was announced earlier today via the Shanghai Foch Film Weibo account, with the message:
Fight the Gods, and establish Hongmeng!
From January 30th, every Thursday at 10:00, the battle of the gods will begin! Exclusive broadcast at Tencent Video.
The latest season is expected to run for 40 episodes.
Stellar Transformations details
Also known as Xing Chen Bian, the first season of Stellar Transformations premiered on October 5th, 2018 and then ran for 12 episodes.
Future seasons of the donghua came out over the next five years, with its most recent season, Season 5, hitting in December, 2022 and running through July, 2023.
The donghua is animated by Foch Film (Perfect World), and produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures.
