New ‘The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom’ trailer – Aquasteed and Tiararose in love

The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom premiere and new cast also announced
Along with the release of a full-length trailer for upcoming Studio Deen-animated fantasy romance The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom, we also had three new cast members announced today, and finally received the anime’s premiere date.
That date came out via the anime’s X account and will be January 11th, 2026 in Japan, while the anime will hit international streaming services soon after.
Full-length The Villainess is Adored… trailer shows Aquasteed and Tiararose deeply in love
The latest trailer follows on from the teaser trailer we got back in October.
It introduces us to protagonists Prince Aquasteed Marineforest and reincarnated-into-an-otome game Lady Tiararose Lapis Clementille, as Tiararose is dumped by her fiancé Prince Hartknights Lapis-Lazuli Lactomuth and then proposed to by Prince Aquasteed.
It turns out, Aquasteed has always had a thing for her so, as soon as she was no longer betrothed to the awful Hartknights, he is now going to do everything he can to make her his.
Of course things are never easy, as it seems Akari may also be interested in Aquasteed. And my guess is she’s not that nice of a person either.
The new trailer also gives us a snippet of the The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom opening and ending themes – Ai no Fanfare’ as the OP and ‘Maho no Oto‘ for the ED – both performed by Ayahi Takagaki feat. Yu Shirota.
Four new The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom VAs announced
Four more voice actors have been added to the fantasy anime’s cast. Their character visuals were also released on the anime’s official website.
And, as character designs go, I have to say these are beautiful as the women are delicately pretty while the men are gorgeously handsome and wearing some lovely romantic robes.
The latest voice actors added to the cast are:
- Marina Yamada (Pino in Dropkick On My Devil!!) is voicing Aishira
- Junichi Suwabe (Yami in Black Clover) plays Keith
- Hikaru Midorikawa (Kaoru in SK8 the Infinity) is voicing Crail
- Ai Furuhata (Atsuko in The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei)is playing Pearl
We also received equally gorgeous character designs for protagonists Aquasteed and Tiararose, and for second leads Hartknights and Akari, a couple of months ago.
The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom is being directed by Takayuki Hamana (The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie 2: Cursed By Light), and is being animated by Studio Deen (animators of KonoSuba and Sasaki and Miyano).
Look out for it arriving on a streaming service serving your region on or around January 11th.
