The upcoming anime KamiErabi GOD.app Season 2 got a new and quite gorgeous key visual today (yes, it was the art style of the first season I loved above everything else).
The anime’s latest key visual also came with a KamiErabi GOD.app Season 1 recap trailer featuring some of the most important moments from its first season.
The Season 1 recap trailer precedes the anime’s Season 1 rebroadcasting, which will kick off on July 3rd on Fuji TV in Japan.
And just a few months before its second season hits streaming services too.
That way, if you have already forgotten what happened during the first season of the action suspense anime, you can give yourself a nudge with this 1 minute 11 second reminder.
Meanwhile, the new KamiErabi GOD.app Season 2 key visual features most of the show’s main characters — including Akitsu, Gorou, Kouki and Sawa — all sitting together on a train staring at the God app on their phone.
The anime is due to premiere in October, 2024 as part of Fuji TV’s “+Ultra” programming block.
What is KamiErabi GOD.app about?
KamiErabi GOD.app is an original anime that is based on an idea by legendary video game director and writer Yoko Taro (Drakengard).
Hiroyuki Seshita (Ajin) directs the anime, with sound producer and composer Jin in charge of both series composition and scripts (an odd choice, but it definitely works).
Atsushi Ookubo (Fire Force creator) is designing the anime’s characters.
Studio UNEND is in charge of anime production, with this their very first series.
