Gushing Over Magical Girls 2 confirmed with a crazy, funny and, yep, suggestive announcement video

It’s a few months since the first season of the comedy fantasy ecchi anime Gushing Over Magical Girls came to an end.
Months during which fans (and there are many) were desperate to learn if a Season 2 would ever be forthcoming.
Thankfully, as of today, we no longer have to live in suspense as Gushing Over Magical Girls 2 has just been confirmed.
The confirmation came via the KADOKAWA Anime YouTube channel in a video (watch below) that, as you might expect, features all our favorite magical girls in scenes that are crazy, funny and, yep, quite suggestive and rude.
And, of course, kicking off with protagonist Utena Hiragi exclaiming “It’s not over yet, right? I’m still not satisfied”.
Yep. Rude.
No other details about Gushing Over Magical Girls 2 have been released, with the video’s notes simply saying this:
Production of the second season of the TV animation ‘Gushing Over Magical Girls’ has been decided! Special report video released! Intense SM play(!) between justice and evil.
It all starts again!

Gushing Over Magical Girls staff and cast
The anime series is directed by Masato Suzuki (key animation A Galaxy Next Door), with series composition by Noboru Kimura (Solo Leveling), and character designs from Tomoka Ootaki (Dolls’ Frontline).
It stars voice actors Fuuka Izumi as Utena Hiragi, Aoi Koga as Kiwi Araga, and Shiori Sugiura as Korisu Morino, with a slew of other talented female VAs playing a huge number of cute magical girls.
The Gushing Over Magical Girls anime is based on the best-selling manga by Akihiro Ononaka, which is being published in English by J-Novel Club with 10 volumes currently out.
They describe the manga’s crazy plot in this way:
Hi, I’m Hiiragi Utena. I’m a normal magical-girl-loving middle school girl—or at least I was, but then some talking mascot showed up out of the blue and cast a spell on me! Now’s my chance to join my beloved magical girls as…a villain?
Hang on, something’s wrong with my outfit! This can’t be happening!
Watch this shy magical-girl fan transform into a sadistic dominatrix! When good and evil collide, who will be the one to submit?!
