Everything is Fine with the Emperor, Episode 5 stills have just been released on the Weibo account for animation studio Wonder Cat, right as the episode itself showed up on Bilibili in China.
The nine stills feature protagonist Prince Liu Ling playing a new board game with the concubines, more stills of his two older brothers, and his father Emperor Liu Wei, and one of Yao Ji (who I keep forgetting can only currently be seen by Liu Ling!).
Wonder Cat Animation also made a long comment about the donghua’s latest episode:
The fifth episode of Junzi Wu Ji (Everything is Fine with the Emperor) is now live!
Liu Ling plays a game of “Monopoly” with three royal concubines and ends up losing everything.
What seems like a simple game turns into a lesson in military strategy as the concubines teach Liu Ling the importance of considering the bigger picture and enduring humiliation for a greater cause.
As the assessment recommendation letter arrives, the situation becomes even more complicated: Emperor Liu Wei is highly suspicious, and once Liu Ling leaves the Jing’an Palace, he will face numerous challenges.
