The Banished Court Magician gets a new trailer, vibrant key visual and character designs
The ongoing fantasy anime The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest has dropped a new trailer, announced three more characters are on their way in Episode 7, and also released a wild new key visual.
So first, why don’t we start with the anime’s new characters and their voice actors.
They are:
- Yoko Hisaka (Kyouko Tsumugi in The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity) who is voicing Olivia
- Kisho Taniyama (Chuuya in Bungou Stray Dogs) plays Gloria
- Shogo Sakata (Aki in Chainsaw Man) as Melea Diall

The announcement of Olivia, Gloria and Melea Diall joining The Banished Court Magician anime also came with three gorgeous character visuals that show off Nobuhide Hayashi’s cool character designs perfectly.
All three dropped via The Banished Court Magician‘s X account.
Latest The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest key visual and trailer
A wild key visual was also released that features Alec, Krasia, Yorha and Ornest (aka the Lasting Period adventurers party).
We see the close friends fighting something/someone obviously pretty powerful in the foreground, while Olivia, Gloria and Melea Diall tower over them in the background.
The key visual does a nice job of foreshadowing the anime’s next high-energy arc, which kicks off in Episode 7.
Meanwhile, a second main The Banished Court Magician trailer has also been released.
It introduces Olivia, Gloria and Melea Diall, and their voice actors, and hints at the anime’s next arc being a pretty exciting one as well.
Production details and release date for next episode
The Banished Court Magician anime is based on the light novels written written by Alto and illustrated by Yuunagi.
The fun action adventure is directed by Ken Takahashi, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu in charge of series composition, and those cool character designs by Yoko Sato.
Animation is being carried out by Studio GEKKOU.
The fantasy anime’s next episode, Episode 6, will premiere at 11:30 PM on Saturday, November 8th in Japan, with Episode 7 dropping on the 15th.
Look out for both hitting Crunchyroll internationally soon after that.
