Dad is a Hero, Mom is a Spirit, I’m a Reincarnator’s Rovel character video shows a man in love with his family

Yesterday, it was Ellen the reincarnator’s turn for a character video and, today, it’s her dad, Rovel Vankreift’s turn for the spotlight.
Rovel’s character video came out today via the official Dad is a Hero, Mom is a Spirit, I’m a Reincarnator website and, as you might expect, he’s introduced by Ellen, the daughter who has him wrapped around her little finger.
In Rovel’s character video, we see a man who has no problem standing up for his principles, while making sure the bad guys get what’s coming to them.
But, at the same time, his entire life revolves around his gorgeous spirit wife, Origin, and his daughter Ellen.
To the point that, there is no way he would ever go against anything Origin wants him to do while, if Ellen criticizes him, he feels like he might die right there on the spot.
Of course, Rovel wouldn’t have it any other way.
Rovel Vankreift is marvelously voiced by Kazuyuki Okitsu (Goushi in Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online).

The ongoing fantasy anime is adapted from the hit light novel series は英雄、母は精霊、娘の私は転生者, Chichi wa Eiyū, Haha wa Seirei, Musume no Watashi wa Tenseisha), written by Matsuura and with illustrations from artist Keepout.
The series consists of nine volumes, with a manga adaptation of 13 volumes.
The comedy anime is directed by Toshinori Fukushima (Skate-Leading Stars), with the crazily prolific Touko Machida (The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human) in charge of series composition and scripts, and Mina Oosawa (An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride) designing the anime’s cute characters.
J.C. Staff (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?) is animating the series.
Crunchyroll is streaming the anime internationally with two episodes out as of yesterday.
