The first season of the As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World anime just ended yesterday with an immediate announcement of a second season already on its way.
A Fall, 2024 premiere was also announced on the anime’s official X account.
Along with the announcement, a teaser trailer for As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, Season 2 was released on the anime’s official website showing protagonist Ars realizing, while he used to hate the idea of going to war, now he understands is it necessary.
Especially as he has so many friends and other people standing by his side, and ready to die for what he and they know is right.

A Season 2 key visual featuring Ars, Charlotte, Rietz, Rosell, Mireille, Licia and Fam was also released.
And, if that’s not enough, two celebratory visuals — one from character designer jimmy and the other from manga author Natsumi Inoue — also headed our way.
The second season’s first key visual shows the group of friends in battle, while Licia is behind them praying for their safety.
Meanwhile, the first celebratory visual from jimmy has the betrothed Ars and Licia looking happy to be together, while Natsumi Inoue’s visual features Rietz carrying Ars in his arms as they both laugh about the upcoming Season 2.
Kodansha is publishing the light novels the anime series is based on in English.
They have four volumes currently out, with Volume 5 due in July.
Kodansha also publishes the manga spin-off, which has far more volumes out so far — 10 volumes published so far, and Volume 11 arriving on July 30th.
Both, by the way, are an extremely good read.
The American publisher describes the books (and anime) plot like this:
A salaryman suffers a heart attack and is reborn in another world as Ars Louvent, the child of an aristocratic house. Though lacking in physical strength, Ars has a unique “appraisal” skill that lets him see other people’s stats and latent abilities.
