In an interesting twist in the ongoing anime series, voice actor Shuichiro Umeda (Makoto in Senpai is an Otokonoko) has joined the My Wife Has No Emotion cast as Mina’s previous owner Tomiichi Otani.
The addition of Shuichiro Umeda to the Senpai is an Otokonoko cast was announced via the anime’s official X account, with the question being asked:
What on earth happened in Mina’s past?
Otani, by the way, is the programmer and developer of the Mina series so, yep, worrying.
Tomiichi Otani will first appear in My Wife Has No Emotion, Episode 9, “My Wife Has a Past“.

The My Wife Has No Emotion anime (aka Boku no Tsuma wa Kanjou ga Nai) is based on the hit manga written by Jirō Sugiura, which is being published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment. (Six volumes currently out)
Fumihiro Yoshimura (Endo and Kobayashi Live! …) is directing, with Mitsutaka Hirota (Rent-a-Girlfriend) in charge of series composition, and Zenjirou Ukulele (chief animation director for Ooku) designing the characters.
Tezuka Productions (animator of Dororo) is in charge of anime production.
