New Martial Peak, Episode 9 stills are out today via Chinese animation studio CG Year‘s official Weibo account.
The Martial Peak, Episode 9 stills were released right as the donghua’s latest episode itself became available for VIP viewers on Tencent’s video platform.
They feature protagonist Yang Kai fighting with his junior and Su Mu disciple Li Yuntian, after he tries to trick Yang Kai into a fight he believes Yang Kai cannot win.
Along with the stills, CG Year also commented about the latest episode’s plot:

The animation is exclusively broadcast on Tencent Video every Thursday and Sunday at 9 PM. VIP members can watch two episodes in advance!
The Chinese donghua Martial Peak (aka Wu Lian Dianfeng) premiered on December 5th for a planned initial offering of 48 episodes.
It features an excellent voice cast, including the voices of actors Qian Chen, Haojia Li, Zekun Shi, Guanchen Li and Jinger Wang.
The fantasy action adventure is based on the long-running webnovel written by Momo 莫默.
The novel is now complete, and comprises more than 6,000 chapters. Yep, it’s that long.
