Is anyone else tired of the self-involved, obsessed-with-killing-Xiao-Chen women currently populating the ongoing donghua series World of Immortals (aka Chang Sheng Jie)?
After all, it started with the first minutes of Episode 1 of the Qingxiang Culture-animated series, when Xiao Chen was chased by the representatives of the princess.
A few minutes later, the arrogant, annoying princess, Zhao Lin’er, showed up herself, chased Xiao Chen into the World of Immortals, then blamed him for causing her to end up in the same world.
Yep, she’s truly awful.
Now, with the World of Immortals, Episode 16 trailer just released, it appears poor Xiao Chen is never going to get any peace from horrible women, as Yan Qingcheng, the Immortal Sect cultivator who has been trying to kill him for several episodes, is still determined to see him die.
This time, the World of Immortals, Episode 16 trailer shows Xiao Chen entering the Snow Valley and finding a mysterious ice coffin with bloodstains.
But, of course, Yan Qingcheng just has to chase him, and the two begin to fight again.
