Taxi Driver 3, Episode 7 earns highest Friday ratings since Episode 1
As SBS drama Taxi Driver, Season 3 continues to be one of the most popular K-dramas airing right now, the Lee Je Hoon-led series just grabbed its highest Friday ratings so far.
According to data via Nielsen Korea, Taxi Driver 3, Episode 7 earned 10.3 percent of the nationwide audience share.
That is almost a full percentage point higher than the 9.5 percent the Korean drama earned for its previous Friday high for Episode 1.
The K-drama performed just as well with audiences in Seoul, also grabbing 10.3 percent of the viewership versus its previous Friday high (9.9 percent for Episode 1).
Both ratings meant Taxi Driver 3, Episode 7 was the #1 most-watched show of the day on Friday.

International ratings for Taxi Driver after Episode 7 airs
Honestly, most international ratings sites are just not reliable anymore as so many have been taken over by an army of trolls.
Having said that, here is what the ratings for Taxi Driver currently look like after Episode 7 aired last night.
IMDB has the crime-themed drama at an 8.1 out of 10 but, at first glance, this doesn’t look reliable as the platform (strangely?!) lumps all three seasons together, so you have no idea if the ratings are for Season 1, 2 or 3.
But… if you drill down on the platform further to where each season’s ratings are broken down, you will see Season 3 of Taxi Driver is actually performing much better than the drama’s previous seasons.
That’s because, rather than being in the low 8.0’s for most episodes, Season 3’s lowest rating is an 8.8 for Episode 5 and its highest a 9.5 for Episodes 1 and 6.
IMDB’s rating for Episode 7 has not been posted as yet.
Meanwhile, My Drama List viewers are rating Taxi Driver, Season 3 with a low-ish (in my opinion) 8.1 out of 10.
But that rating will very likely rise a few days after the K-drama’s final episode airs and the people who are actually watching it, and not the trolls who watched 5 minutes of Episode 1 and then decided to rate it a 1.0 out of 10 because idiots do that, rate it.
Outside South Korea, the Korean drama is being streamed internationally on Viki where it is currently being rated a crazy high 9.8 out of 10 from almost 1,500 viewers.

Yes, that rating is too high, but they always are on Viki, so just look at it as the viewers currently watching Taxi Driver 3 on the platform are enjoying it immensely.
In other words then, overall, Taxi Driver, Season 3 is performing exceptionally well pretty much everywhere. Yay!
Taxi Driver, Season 3 stars Lee Je Hoon, Pyo Ye Jin and Kim Eui Sung. Episode 8 of the hit drama airs later tonight.
