My Dearest Stranger grabs 500,000 reservations as mystery thriller premieres on YOUKU

YOUKU’s mystery thriller My Dearest Stranger is due to premiere on the streaming platform today with the Chinese company also announcing the C-drama has earned over 500,000 reservations right before it drops.
That announcement came with a comment from YOUKU:
Cool Kid reporting in! Who still doesn’t know that My Dearest Stranger has surpassed 500k pre-reservations yet?
Love can be a shelter, but it can also become a disguise.
Yu Xiao (played by Wang Luo Dan) and Zhu He (Bosco Wong) know all too well: in this relationship, there are secrets… and there is truth.

Production details, cast list and premiere information for My Dearest Stranger
My Dearest Stranger is directed by Ahmeow Lin (Young Babylon).
The mystery romance stars Wang Luo Dan (Wings of the Nation), Yuan Hong (Dear Enemy) and Bosco Wong (Hide Games), with a supporting cast that includes Chen Si Yu (The Princess Royal), Jiang Xin (In the Name of Justice) and Lin Peng (Riverside Code at Qingming Festival).
The Chinese drama is scheduled to run for 20 episodes, with Episodes 1 through 3 beginning streaming today.
No word yet on if My Dearest Stranger will also stream internationally on YOUKU’s own platform but, if not, it is likely to show up either on YOUKU’s YouTube channel or via one of its partners.
