The final of five “date visuals” from The Shiunji Family Children anime is now out with, as I mentioned yesterday, Kotono Shiunji as the sister who is off on a fun date today.
Kotono’s visual follows on from the Monday release of Banri on her bar date, Seiha enjoying the beach, Ouka off strawberry picking, and Minami off feeding squirrels yesterday.
Kotono still being in middle-school, however, her idea of a fun date is going with the person she likes on a cafe date where they can enjoy a delicious crepe.
(Honestly, it sounds like my idea of a cool date too, how about you?)
In the Kotono Shiunji date visual, the middle-schooler is dressed in a sweet, short-sleeved, high-necked blouse with her signature scrunchy loosely tying up her long hair.
And, yes, her bangs are in her eyes — again.
According to the anime’s official X account, Kotono is at an “old-style cafe”, which they name as Nico Cafe, and which is located near the Odawara Station in Odawara, Kanagawa.
Premiere of The Shiunji Family Children anime adaptation
The Shiunji Family Children TV anime is based on the popular manga series of the same name, written and illustrated by Reiji Miyajima (author of Rent-a-Girlfriend).
The series is being animated by Doga Kobo, premieres on April 8th in Japan, with the anime beginning streaming on Crunchyroll around the same time.
