Blue Archive’s Nonomi Izayoi character video showcases a girl who’s generous and sweet

Another Blue Archive: The Animation character video has been released for the upcoming anime, and this time its Nonomi Izayoi in the spotlight.
The Nonomi Izayoi character video introduces the Abydos High School student, who is also a member of the Countermeasures Committee, by showcasing her utterly sweet personality and lovely smile.
It also points out Nonomi is from a rich family, hence, not only the proud owner of a Visa Gold Card, but also happy to use it to buy anything her friends need.
Even if it is 40 dumbbells.
Nonomi herself has long blonde hair and green eyes, with a halo that features two green circles and two earlaps.
Nonomi Iyazoi’s sweet voice is provided by actress Chiyuki Miura (Towa Hiura in Mou Ippon!).
She joins other Blue Archive students Mutsuki Asagi, Kayoko Onikata, Ayane Okusora, and Hoshino Takanashi, who also have their own character videos.
What is Blue Archive The Animation about?
The anime is an adaptation of the hit Nexus Games smartphone game Blue Archive.
The Blue Archive website describes the plot of the game like this:
The city’s academies are divided into their own districts and are considered mostly independent.
The General Student Council acts as governing board to manage the academies as a whole. However, the group’s ability to govern has come to halt since the mysterious disappearance of the General Student Council president. Countless issues have begun to surface throughout Kivotos in the absence of the president’s leadership.
To avoid disaster, the General Student Council requests assistance from the Federal Investigation Club, otherwise known as Schale. In fact, Schale is the city’s newest club and the last to be approved before the president’s disappearance.
To accomplish its task, Schale relies on the guidance of a Sensei who can help them resolve the incidents around Kivotos.

Blue Archive: The Animation staff
The staff working on the anime adaptation include:
Director Daigo Yamakishi (Yuru Yuri), Shunji Maki (Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z the Animation) as assistant director, Hiroshi Oonogi (Gegege no Kitarou) who is in charge of series composition in collaboration with director Daigo Yamakishi, and Hiromitsu Hagiwara (A Certain Scientific Railgun T) who is both in charge of character design and is chief animation director.
The Blue Archive: The Animation series is being animated by both Yostar Pictures and Studio CANDYBOX.
The anime series is due to premiere in Japan some time in April, 2024.
