Spring Fever, Episode 2 ratings barely dip
tvN’s new romantic drama Spring Fever experienced a modest decline in viewership with the airing of its second episode on Tuesday night.
According to Nielsen Korea, Episode 2 recorded an average nationwide rating of 4.60 percent, down from the 4.83 percent achieved by its premiere episode.
But, despite the small decrease, barely a dip really, Spring Fever continues to draw attention as one of tvN’s latest weekday offerings.
In its Monday–Tuesday time slot, Spring Fever also remained competitive among cable dramas airing the same evening, while sitting at #1 in its time, both slot nationwide and in Seoul.
The series also continued to perform well in metropolitan areas, where tvN traditionally sees strong viewership, and maintained a visible presence across social media platforms as clips and stills from the episode circulated overnight.
As the drama moves forward then, let’s see if upcoming episodes can maintain this momentum and build on the foundation it has already set during its opening week.

International viewers still loving Spring Fever
The drama stars Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Joo Bin and follows the story of two adults navigating love, career, and emotional healing as spring unfolds.
The series is being praised on social media and on various Asian drama-focused websites for its warm tone, relatable characters, and polished production, all of which helped it launch with solid initial numbers.
Online discussions following the broadcast highlighted the leads’ chemistry and the drama’s understated storytelling style.
Sure, its comedy is a little over the top (I love it!) but, so far, it works. And it works well.
Meanwhile, users of My Drama List are currently giving Spring Fever a solid 8.0 out of 10, while IMDB users have it at a very high (for that site) 8.6 out of 10.
Comments on both sites after Episode 2 are also incredibly positive.

With several plot threads just beginning to unfold then, Spring Fever is expected to continue drawing interest as its story progresses. Fingers crossed, right?
Look out for the next episode of Spring Fever dropping on Monday, February 12th as, if it continues in the way it’s been going, we may just end up with one of the best rom-coms of 2026.
