Tales of Herding Gods Ep 72 clip – Imperial Preceptor learns about immortals from the Hermit of Serenity (video)

Bilibili has just released a clip from the upcoming Tales of Herding Gods, Episode 72 (well, the episode is already out on their channel for VIP members, but won’t be available for non-paying viewers until March 10th).
The beginning of the 4-minute Tales of Herding Gods, Episode 72 clip introduces the Imperial Preceptor’s new wife as, remember, he said in Episode 71 it was probably about time he got married and had children.
He and his new wife are traveling and soon meet the Hermit of Serenity, who explains the difference between those who are immortals and those who are deities.
This is important, as it seems the Imperial Preceptor has spent many years researching if it is possible to change things, and enable those who are immortals to become deities.
What the hermit then tells him helps him in his mission.
Meanwhile, at the Great Thunder Sound School, the old clan leaders who attacked the Preceptor and Qin Mu’er in Episode 65, and then left with the monk, are now talking about the history of the Great Wasteland and how it came about.
Of course, as you might expect, even though the monk promised otherwise, he and the other clan leaders are now talking behind the Preceptor’s back with a plan to both remove him from office, and force the Emperor to roll back his reforms.
Let’s face it, you can’t trust many people in the Tales of Herding Gods world now, can you?
Tales of Herding Gods, Episode 72 is due to premiere on the Bilibili Animation YouTube channel on March 10th for non-VIP members.
As a VIP member, I have already watched the latest episode of the donghua, and so can confirm things are about to become even more complicated than before. Deliciously so.
