Spy x Sect Ep 23 trailer – Chen Ning and Jiang Que go to the Great Flame Dynasty to find the God of Thieves

You may remember we left the Spy x Sect protagonist Chen Ning in Episode 22 of the Chinese donghua, after he had eaten the cleansing fruit, almost exploded, and had to be saved by Xiao Mei and his AI-assistant, Jiang Que.
The episode ended with Chen Ning’s thief assistant arriving to say her grandfather was trapped in the Great Flame Dynasty capital, and she needed some help.
That, of course, triggers another mission for Chen Ning. This time, to find the God of Thieves, and earn a reward.
But it soon turns out the message about God of Thieves actually came from the little spy who is always hanging around, and things may not be quite what they appear.

Now, a Spy x Sect, Episode 23 trailer has been released that shows Chen Ning and Jiang Que at the gates of the Great Flame Dynasty capital, while being attacked by a guard.
Of course, that’s no problem for either of them as Chen Ning rebuffs the attacks, while Jiang Que armors herself up with a very snazzy high-tech suit of armor.

Meanwhile, it appears we may just have another scantily-clad woman about to join his informal harem. This time in the form of a fairy?
