Pursuit of Jade (Zhu Yu) grabs 7 million reservations – Zhang Ling He and Tian Xi Wei drama a big success?

If you thought the upcoming Chinese drama Zhu Yu (now titled in English to Pursuit of Jade) might be a moderate success, think again.
That’s because Tencent Video has just announced the Chinese historical romance drama has earned 2 million more reservations since December 1st, taking its total pre-orders to 4 million on that streaming service alone and, very likely, ensuring it’s a huge success.
iQIYI also announced Pursuit of Jade has earned 3 million reservations on its service, taking the C-drama’s total pre-orders to 7 million so far. Wow!
In response to the latest (huge) number of reservations, Tencent also released a new poster of the C-drama’s two leads — Zhang Ling He and Tian Xi Wei — with a message saying:

Snow falls silently, yet affection endures; a glance exchanged, a lifetime in a single moment. Congratulations to Chasing Jade for surpassing 4 million pre-registrations on Tencent Video!
They also reminded viewers Pursuit of Jade will premiere its first episodes on March 6th.
iQIYI released their own poster of the two main leads cooking a fish over an open fire.
Pursuit of Jade stars the aforementioned Zhang Ling He and Tian Xi Wei, with a supporting cast that includes Snow Kong, Deng Kai, Li Qing, Yu Zhong Li, Liu Lin, Yan Yi Kuan and Lin Mu Ran.
It will stream internationally on both iQIYI and WeTV, with your viewing options dependent on your region.
