Perfect World movie #2 Shi Hao’s Immortal King battle dress designs out – and yep, they’re exotic

With the second Perfect World movie announced just last month, it appears things may be ramping up over at animation studio Foch Film, as some really quite beautiful illustrations are being released to promote the film.
The latest visuals out are a new poster and three costume designs. Both for protagonist Shi Hao.
The latest poster, Shi Hao wearing an elaborately designed new costume, was released this weekend along with the message:

This was soon followed by two other character illustrations for Shi Hao — a front and a back view of another costume in which he is bare-chested, along with a full face and side view.
The studio calls the costumes “exotic”. And yep, you could say that.
Perfect World movie #2 details
Not many details for the donghua film have been released as yet, including a release date.
It is the second Perfect World movie after Wanmei Shijie Movie: Huo Zhi Huijin, which came out in September, 2024.
We do know, however, like its long-running donghua, the full-length film is being animated by Foch Film and produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures.
Folks on Reddit have also commented the first poster makes it appear the story will likely take place after the novel’s first foreign invasion arc.
Another beautiful poster also dropped last month that, no doesn’t give anything away either, but it sure is cool.
