Diana’s character trailer shows all sides of the May I Ask for One Final Thing? saint
While, when you first meet her, Diana the young saint in the ongoing anime May I Ask for One Final Thing? comes off as being needy, clingy and, yep, a bit spoiled, when you get to know her, she’s actually a really cute, and quite lonely girl.
A girl who, while she might have been forced to become a saint, is actually just a teen who is enamored of protagonist Scarlet and, also it turns out, has developed a thing for Scarlet’s handsome brother Leonardo.
Well, you would if a knight in shining armor comes out of nowhere and saves your life, wouldn’t you?
In just 21 seconds, the just-released character trailer for Diana does a great job of showing the young saint as just another teenager — as we see her go from saintly, to needy, to spoiled and then easily bowled over by a handsome young man.
Diana’s character trailer has been released to promote the “Palmia Church Arc,” of the fantasy anime, which we are currently in the middle of as Scarlet heads off with Julius on a secret mission to discover who is plotting against the state.

Along with the trailer, Diana also got a gorgeous new key visual showing the saint the way her followers see her — all heavenly and glow-y — while, in the foreground, Scarlet herself proves she’ll do anything to protect the adorable saint.
May I Ask for One Final Thing? deets
The villainess-themed comedy fantasy anime premiered on October 4th, 2025, and released its sixth episode over the weekend.
The anime has been grabbing a lot of attention due to kickass protagonist Scarlet El Vandimion, who beats up people first and asks questions later. Or not. And no, she shows no remorse whatsoever, which is half the fun of it.
The vibrant May I Ask for One Final Thing? art style also makes this one a standout.
May I Ask for One Final Thing? is directed by Kazuya Sakamoto (Kaginado), with series composition from Deko Akao (screenwriter for Welcome to the Outcast’s Restaurant!) who, honestly, has been so crazily prolific over the years, she is responsible for scripts/series composition for more anime than not.
Eriko Haga (sub-character design for Gods’ Game We Play) is designing the cool characters, with LIDENFILMS (animators of Rurouni Kenshin) animating the series.
The anime’s plot goes like this:
Scarlet has spent years toeing the line and keeping her temper in check until, at a ball, Scarlet’s fiancé, Kyle, suddenly calls off their engagement.
In response, Scarlet decides she’s had enough, and asks him for “one final thing”. The right to punch him in the face, followed by punches to any and all of the aristocrats and their families who have treated her terribly.
From then on, Scarlet decides to live her own life, smacking people where necessary, and not letting anyone take advantage of her.
Meanwhile, a certain prince has his eye on her and, loving a woman with testicles as big as his, decides to see exactly what she’s all about.
