Good Boy Ep 13 hits new personal BEST ratings as international viewers have mixed reactions

The ongoing Korean action comedy Good Boy, Episode 13 earned a new personal best in the ratings on Saturday night, with the K-drama’s highest ever ratings both nationwide and from audiences in Seoul.
The Korean drama’s nationwide rating was 6.66 percent last night, which is more than 1 percentage point higher than Episode 12’s viewership of 5.53 percent last Sunday.
The JTBC drama performed similarly with viewers in Seoul, where it earned 6.48 percent — an even higher increase versus its all-time low 4.91 percent it earned the week before.
Great news for Good Boy right, as it heads into its final weekend next week.
International ratings for Good Boy as K-drama heads towards its end
The Korean drama is also still performing well internationally.
On Amazon Prime, Good Boy is currently the 4th most-watched TV show of the week, while on My Drama List (MDL) it is still being rated a very good 8.3 out of 10 via ratings from almost 4,000 viewers.
Comments on MDL about the Korean drama, however, are mixed, ranging from one person commenting on how the loopholes in the script do start to connect if you continue to watch:
I’m one of those invested in the whole 16 episodes. Acting, action, cinematography, directing, 11/10! As for the plot, one has to look at the whole 16 episodes before judging.
The plot started with Dongju, the good boy who tracked the whole hit and run thing, but the whole avengers are at work to get MJY and as the episodes progress, we do find the many loopholes connecting one at a time.
Binge watching from ep 1 to 16 would be fun.

Also contrary of what most of y’all are saying, sure there’s some things that are kinda all over the place and the plot is dragging more than it was needed (12 eps would’ve been fine) but I do think this is really worth watching fr, give it a chance!!

Meanwhile, I am sort of in the middle. Still enjoying Good Boy, its epic action scenes, and the excellent performances of all the main actors, while agreeing with some that the script could have been more tightly written.
Only three episodes left to air, though, and it will be fun to see how this one wraps up, right?
Good Boy, Episode 16 grabs best ever ratings as K-drama ends
Good Boy stars Park Bo Gum, Kim So Hyun, Oh Jung Se, Lee Sang Yi, Heo Sung Tae, and Tae Won Seok.
Episode 14 airs on JTBC in South Korea later on tonight, and on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video depending on your region.
