Cool Cleaners’ character trailer shows exactly who the badass group is in just 1 minute
As someone who is beyond obsessed with the ongoing Shounen anime Gachiakuta (come on, that art style and those epic fight scenes!), I suck up just about anything that’s released about the series.
Even if it’s something as small as a short Gachiakuta character trailer that focuses on the Cleaners — the dudes (and dude-ettes) who are some of the most badass characters I have watched in an anime in eons.
That 1-minute long Cleaners character trailer was released today, by the way, and concentrates on exactly the folks you’d expect.
Namely, Rudo the former Sphereite and protagonist, Enjin, the Cleaner who first discovered Rudo and, I’ve got to admit, my main guy in the anime series (**yeah, if I’d French kiss anyone, it would be Enjin), Zanka the dude who’s “stick” Rudo stole, Riyo the scary but kickass chick who would actually kill you if Enjin would let her, Delmon the one who shouts, Tamsy the emotionless one, Dear the glowering one with the pacifier, Bro the bandana-d one who keeps Dear in check, and the adorably cute Guita who doesn’t understand boundaries.
Yep, the new Cleaners character trailer does a great job of drilling right down into the characteristics that make these guys truly standout.
Who voices the Cleaners in Gachiakuta?
Along with the brilliant Cleaners character designs, and the quirky and wonderful way they are written, the anime’s voice actors do an exceptional voice bringing them to life.
They are:
- Aoi Ichikawa (Seiya in Tsurune) who voices Rudo
- Katsuyuki Konishi (Takano in Sekaiichi Hatsukoi) as Enjin
- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Kazuto in Sword Art Online) plays Zanka
- Yumiri Hanamori (Nadeshiko in Laid-Back Camp) who voices Riyo
- Masami Iwasaki (Norway in Hetalia) plays Delmon
- Mitsuki Saiga (Henry in Black Clover) who voices Tamsy
- Hana Sato (Emile in Spy x Family) is Dear
- Wataru Tagaki (Caiman in Dorohedoro) voices Bro
- Maria Naganawa (Kanna in Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid) plays Guita

Gachiakuta just dropped its 18th episode this weekend, with six more episodes in Season 1 still to premiere.
The anime is being animated by Studio Bones, directed by Fumihiko Suganuma and is, of course, based on the smash-hit manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Kei Urana.
The series currently has 16 volumes out in Japanese, with eight of those currently published in English.
And yep, imagine my surprise when I first learned the mangaka was actually female. You go girl, eh?!!
