Hilarious Family 2 gets September premiere – stars Ren Hao, Jackie Li, He Sai Fei and Chang Long

Hilarious Family 2 (aka Fen Fang Xi Shi), the second series in the Chinese comedy romance drama Hilarious Family, finally has a premiere date — September 22nd, 2025.
Its premiere date was announced via Tencent Video’s Weibo account this morning, along with four extremely pretty posters (above and below) that feature all the C-drama’s main characters.
Tencent also introduced every member of the cast — all of whom appear in the posters — with a comment:

Like I said, Hilarious Family 2 (aka Fen Fang Xi Shia or 芬芳喜事 or Fragrant Joy) was originally promoted as a spin-off of the popular drama Hilarious Family, but now turns out to be its second season.
Its first season premiered on September 22nd, 2023 and ran until October 12th, so it has been three years since that one ended.
Jackie Li, Ren Hao, Chang Long, and Liu Lin are some of the cast members who appeared in the first season of Hilarious Family and ,who will also be back appearing in its second season.
The Chinese family-themed drama is also again being directed by Li Ya Fei, and will run for 28 episodes.
