Resident Playbook EP 11 grabs best Saturday ratings yet as it heads into finale tonight

The almost-finished K-drama Resident Playbook, Episode 11 aired on tvN last night to its highest Saturday ratings so far.
This, as the tvN drama will air its final episode later on tonight.
That Saturday night nationwide rating, by the way, was 6.62 percent of the audience share, which is slightly higher than its previous Saturday high of 6.21 percent for Episode 9.
A similar outcome also took place with audiences in Seoul, where Resident Playbook, Episode 11 grabbed a higher 7.62 percent of the viewership — compared to Episode 9’s previous all-time Saturday high of 7.10 percent.
Both ratings also meant the penultimate episode of the medical-themed Korean drama was in the #1 spot in its time slot, as well as the most-watched cable TV show for all of Saturday.

Meanwhile, international audiences seem to be overwhelmingly pro-Resident Playbook, with several commenting how it is a Korean drama that really “grows on you” as it airs.

The consensus also seems to be that 12 episodes of Resident Playbook was far too short for such a good drama.
Something that is an unusual sentiment, as international viewers are often complaining Korean dramas drag out the plot, and are “too long”.
I feel like I could keep watching all these characters and their antics for many more episodes. Sad it’s ending tomorrow!
The final episode of Resident Playbook (aka언젠가는 슬기로울 전공의생활), which stars Go Youn Jung, Shin Shi Ah, Han Ye Ji, Kang You Seok, and Jung Joon Won, airs tonight on tvN and streams via Netflix.
