Korean drama Walking on Thin Ice, Episode 12 ended the crime thriller’s run on Sunday night with a very nice boost to its ratings — giving the KBS2 drama a send off with a bang instead of a whimper.
Something I always support for a decently-written, well-acted show, don’t you?
According to the data just dropped by Nielsen Korea, Walking on Thin Ice, Episode 12 earned 4.9 percent in the nationwide ratings last night — which is a very nice jump from the 3.7 percent it garnered for its penultimate episode the night before.
That means Episode 12 was the K-drama’s second-highest rated episode, and only just missed passing the all-time high of 5.1 percent it earned for Episode 5.
The K-drama also performed similarly well with Seoul audiences, grabbing 4.5 percent of the viewership compared to its 3.6 percent on Saturday evening.
