Transfer Gold Hairpin character posters are beautiful – confirmed cast features some stellar actors

I’ve gotta say, as character visuals go, the just-dropped Transfer Gold Hairpin character posters are all kinds of glamour and pretty.
The posters, which follow on from two absolutely stunning ones for the two leads — Tian Xi Wei and Yan An — feature 10 of the Chinese drama’s main supporting cast, and have each character dressed in their finest and standing against a royal gold background.
Elegant indeed.
Along with the character posters, YOUKU also confirmed the Transfer Gold Hairpin main staff and supporting and guest star cast list. They are:

And yep, the main and supporting cast list is interesting as it’s a nice mix of veteran actors and young not-so-over-exposed actors that deserve even more, or heftier roles, than they’ve been given in the past.
Transfer Gold Hairpin is still in the middle of filming, so it will be a year or so before we get to see the fruits of these actors’ labor, but I am sufficiently interested to definitely be giving this one a go.
From the just-released batch of first stills the Chinese drama’s cinematography also looks markedly beautiful.
