The Haunted Palace EP4 grabs highest Saturday ratings as K-drama hits Netflix Top 10

The K-drama saw record ratings on both Friday and Saturday nights this week
Ongoing Korean supernatural drama The Haunted Palace, Episode 4 aired last night to its highest Saturday ratings yet.
Those ratings were also only a teeny tiny percentage lower than its Friday night’s audience share — typically its highest rated evening — proving the K-drama’s audience is not only growing, but they are also not leaving.
According to Nielsen Korea, The Haunted Palace, Episode 4 earned 9.2 percent of the nationwide audience last night, which is only down .10 percent from its Friday rating of 9.3 percent.
The SBS drama performed equally well with Seoul audiences, as it garnered 8.80 percent on Saturday night — another teeny tiny drop from its Friday rating of 9.0 percent.
Both ratings meant The Haunted Palace was the second most-watched show of the day, behind the ever popular For Eagle Brothers (18.80 percent of the viewership).
The Haunted Palace hits Netflix Top 10
While The Haunted Palace is only streaming on Netflix in a select few Asian countries, it has already managed to hit the Top 10 in almost all of them.
According to data via Flix Patrol, the Korean drama is currently in the Top 10 in seven of them (well, actually in the Top 5 in six of them) — Indonesia (#3), Malaysia (#2), the Philippines (#5), Singapore (#3), South Korea (#6), Thailand (#3) and Vietnam (#2).
Not bad for a drama with only four episodes out so far, eh?
The next episode of The Haunted Palace will air/stream on Friday, May 2nd.
