Our Unwritten Seoul EP6 has BIG ratings increase as it heads into second half on record viewership

The ongoing K-drama Our Unwritten Seoul, Episode 6 aired on Sunday night to its highest ratings yet, and to a very large increase in its viewership versus its previous episode.
The nationwide rating for Our Unwritten Seoul, Episode 6 was 6.36 percent versus Episode 5’s viewership on 4.35 percent on Saturday night.
That is a substantial 2.0 percent increase in its audience share in just 24 hours.
Something similar also occurred with viewers in Seoul, where Episode 6 of the tvN drama grabbed an even higher 7.14 percent viewership compared to its Saturday rating of 4.88 percent.
An even higher 2.26 percent increase in its viewership — overnight — as well.
Our Unwritten Seoul now heads into its second half with excellent ratings and a solid audience. Most of who are raving about both the drama’s writing and its performances. Congratulations!
International viewers reaction to Our Unwritten Seoul
Even before this weekend, international viewers had already made sure the Korean drama was the #3 most-watched non-English TV show on Netflix last week with over 14.7 million hours viewed.
With how well the K-drama is now performing in South Korea, chances are that ranking will have climbed even higher when the Netflix updated chart is released tomorrow, as word spreads. (We’ll keep you posted here on Baozi Buns).
Meanwhile, viewers over on My Drama List are still awarding the Korean drama a very high 8.6 out of 10 (anything above an 8.1 is a highly rated drama on that site).
Comments from their users are also overwhelmingly positive, with comments after last night’s episode ranging from:

I’m still mad at how TVN didn’t promote this drama well while they’re promoting their other dramas already that haven’t aired yet, considering this is also Boyoung’s return to TV and TVN after 4 years. And yet despite it, it’s also topping Netflix in different regions ~

Plus the meaning behind Sejin’s words to Mirae ❤️ I don’t know if the next episode will show some twist to what he said but for now, it’s a sweet moment.

Its second half (yes, this is a short 12-episode drama) begins airing on June 14th on tvN in South Korea, and Netflix internationally.
