Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki visual intros Yoshizou, Mayudama et al to their audience

The light novel series Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki: Arafou Onsen Mania no Tensei Saki wa, Nonbiri Onsen Tengoku deshita written by Konao Menrui just got an anime announcement.
And, along with that, we also received a very cute Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki visual that introduces protagonist Yoshizou and messenger princess, Mayudama, alongside supporting characters the elves Lilium and Ohendeku, Ruirui and Komachi to their new anime audience. (see visual below)
With all of them looking incredibly happy as Yoshizou and Mayudama relax in the hot springs, and the rest of the cute girls look on, this upcoming fantasy ecchi anime could be a lot of fun.
An official Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki website has also been unveiled, along with the anime’s voice cast, and staff.
The Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki voice cast currently looks like this:
- Shouhei Tokiwa is voicing Yoshizou Yukawa
- Marie Miyake is playing Mayudama (Ringo in Mawaru Penguindrum)
- Ria Koito will voice Lilium
- Kyouko Kuramochi is Ohendeku
- Akari Miyazaki plays Ruirui (Hana in Prima Doll)
- Mariko Miyase voices Komachi (Riia in Banished From The Hero’s Party…)
Meanwhile, the Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki staff also features several interesting people.
They include director Tomonori Mine (Episode Director of TenPuru: No One Can Live on Loneliness), Youhei Kashii (also of TenPuru) is in charge of scripts and series composition, while Minori Homura (Episode Director/Key Animation on Fire Force) is designing the anime’s cute characters.
As for its plot, My Anime List has this to say about it:
Yoshizou Yukawa is a passionate hot springs enthusiast—a hot springs hunter who was able to sniff out the source of springs. One day, while searching for a hidden hot spring to revitalize a town, he slips off a cliff and dies.
He is then reincarnated into another world by an Inari deity of a small shrine hidden in the rocks. Yoshizou is joined by Inari’s messenger princess, Mayudama.
The hot spring hunter within Yoshizou is stirred right away, as he takes a bath with Mayudama in the hot spring he just discovered. Then, an elf girl appears..
The Meitou “Isekai no Yu” Kaitaku-ki anime series will premiere in January, 2024 during the Winter, 2023 anime season.
