Kunon the Sorcerer Can See trailer shows most of his supporters are young women
New fantasy anime Kunon the Sorcerer Can See has dropped its main trailer, which includes snippets of the anime’s OP — ‘Rakenaria no Yume‘ performed by virtual singer Isekaijoucho, and ED — ‘Story feat. Katagiri‘ by composer Kohta Yamamoto.
The anime itself is scheduled for a January 4th release both in Japan and internationally via Crunchyroll.
The main Kunon the Sorcerer Can See trailer shows protagonist Kunon, who was born blind, learning how to control and improve his water magic as a child.
Once he realizes he can actually do this, and create actual things from the water he conjures, we see Kunon decide he will use his abilities to create new eyes for himself.
But, while he definitely has his supporters (mostly some very cute young women), he also has his detractors as he learns once he becomes the apprentice of someone incredibly powerful.

Studio Platinum Vision (animators of I’m in Love with the Villainess) is animating.
As for its plot, the original Japanese novel describes it in this way:
The goal of the blind boy, Kunon, is to create new eyes using water magic. Having surpassed his teacher’s skill after only five months of study, Kunon further blossoms his talent in this unprecedented challenge!
By perceiving the colors around him with magic, creating hand warmers and compresses with applied water magic, and even recreating a cat using only basic spells—
His skill and creativity are so astonishing that even the royal court magicians are left speechless. Recognizing his talent, Kunon is chosen to become the disciple of a master magician!
A fantasy of invention starring a genius boy who carves his path through the world with curiosity!
