Honour trailer unveiled: K-drama stars Lee Na Young, Jung Eun Chae and Lee Chun Ah

Honour trailer showcases three powerful women

The highly anticipated legal thriller Honour (also known as Honor: Her Courtroom) has just released its first teaser trailer and visual materials, setting the stage for one of 2026’s most compelling K-drama premieres.

With a February 2nd debut on both ENA and Genie TV, the series promises a blend of courtroom tension, emotional depth, and a gripping mystery that centers on three female lawyers confronting a long-buried scandal from their past.

At its core, Honour follows the lives of three friends who met in their twenties and now work together at L&J (Listen and Join), a law firm dedicated to defending female victims of crime.

When a secret they’ve kept quiet about for two decades suddenly resurfaces, it sends shockwaves through their professional and personal lives, forcing them to confront their history while fighting for justice in the present.

The newly released teaser trailer and poster underscore the drama’s intense atmosphere.

In crisp tailored suits and stern expressions, the actresses exude authority and determination. The teaser visuals include courtroom scenes, media confrontations, and tense exchanges that signal a series built around sharp legal battles and emotional reckonings.

As for me? Someone who loves a good drama with strong female characters? I can’t bleeding wait.

Honour is a a story of law, friendship and secrets

What sets Honour apart from typical legal dramas is its blend of mystery and emotional stakes.

Unlike procedural dramas that focus solely on episodic cases, Honour, which is based on the hit Swedish series of the same name, weaves an overarching narrative driven by an unresolved event from the protagonists’ past.

This secret not only affects the three women’s careers but also tests the limits of their long-standing friendship.

If it goes like the Swedish series (which is superb, by the way), as Honour unfolds, viewers can expect twists that tie personal trauma to the cases they tackle in court.

Thus, blurring the line between professional duty and personal redemption.

The stellar cast behind Honour

Lee Na Young stars as Yun Ra Young

Lee Na Young, who returns to television after a nearly three-year hiatus since her last drama One Day Off, plays Yun Ra Young, the charismatic public face of the firm.

Known for her versatile acting in both film and TV, Lee has built a reputation for playing complex characters that balance poise with emotional intensity.

Her casting signals that Honour will offer not just legal drama but rich character work, given her capability to convey nuance and strength.

In Honour, Yun Ra Young is a celebrated attorney known for her eloquent courtroom presence and significant media following.

But beneath her polished exterior lies a web of vulnerabilities brought on by past events that have shaped her career and persona.

The teaser hints that Ra Young’s past will be central to the series’ emotional core.

Jung Eun Chae as Kang Sin Jae

Actress Jung Eun Chae portrays Kang Sin Jae, the unshakable leader of the trio. Her commanding presence anchors the law firm with a pragmatic yet principled approach.

Jung Eun Chae has earned acclaim for roles that emphasize emotional depth and moral conviction. All qualities that are sure to enrich her portrayal of a lawyer whose calm exterior masks fierce dedication to justice.

Her past roles often showcase her ability to convey inner strength, making her a natural fit for this complex character.

Lee Chung Ah as Hwang Hyun Jin

Lee Chung Ah rounds out the trio as Hwang Hyun Jin, a fiery and action-oriented lawyer who prefers being in the thick of the fight rather than behind a desk.

Her energy and passion bring a dynamic contrast to the group, promising thrilling courtroom confrontations. Lee Chung Ah’s previous work includes notable roles where her characters balance intensity with emotional sensitivity, enhancing audience investment in her arcs.

A month before Honour releases, and the chemistry between the three actresses is already being touted as one of the K-drama’s major draws.

Their characters are also not only professional colleagues but friends whose 20-year bond adds layers of loyalty, conflict, and mutual support to the narrative.

Honour‘s supporting cast and creative team

Honour also welcomes a strong supporting cast, including Yeon Woo Jin (star of A Virtuous Business) as an IT company CEO with potential ties to unfolding cases, Seo Hyeon Woo (main cast of Ms. Incognito) as a countering prosecutor, and Choi Young Joon (The Price of Confession) as a detective who is personally connected to one of the leads.

The layered ensemble promises that Honour’s world will extend beyond the courtroom into wider societal dynamics.  Including, dare I suggest, romantic relationships?

Behind the camera, the K-drama is helmed by director Park Geon Ho (Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard) with writing by Park Ga Yun (Train).

The production team has also emphasized a tightly woven narrative that comes with palpable tension.

Thus, positioning Honour as more than just a legal drama, but also a mystery that explores just how strongly past choices continue to shape lives long after the initial event is over.

Honour is set to hit screens starting February 2nd on ENA and Genie TV, with no word yet as to where it will stream internationally.
