5 Love and Crown character visuals show off the C-drama’s beautiful aesthetic
With my bet that Allen Ren and Peng Xiao Ran’s new drama Love and Crown is about to drop any minute still ongoing, color me not surprised we just got four character visuals for the show’.
Those new Love and Crown character visuals feature the very serious looking Allen Ren, Peng Xiao Ran, Gala Zhang, Estelle Chen and Wang Zhuo Cheng, and give us a hint of the rich aesthetics we can expect when the C-drama itself drops.
The six character visuals also come on the heels of the announcement the Chinese political-themed historical romance drama has already exceeded 2 million reservations on YOUKU in China.
YOUKU is calling the new visuals ‘Fateful Conflict Posters‘, and commented about the drama’s plot:

When Love and Crown does drop, it is currently listed as a YOUKU exclusive, although there is talk online it will also be available on Jiangsu TV in China.
Like I hinted at a couple of days ago, though, with the promotion suddenly ramping up for the Chinese historical drama, if it doesn’t premiere before the end of this month, I will be very surprised.
Love and Crown earned 6,500 on YOUKU’s heat index with just its first three episodes out
And once the Love and Crown premiere date is announced, we can then all start speculating on whether Allen Ren dies by the end of this one as well as, Ye Gods, the man dies a lot, doesn’t he?
