Footprints of Change exceeds 20,000 on heat index – 3 celebratory posters drop for all 3 couples

Just-premiered Chinese slice-of-life themed drama Footprints of Change (aka Zu Ji) has only been streaming for under 24 hours and, according to Tencent Video, it has already exceeded 20,000 on their heat index.
In celebration, Tencent released three very vibrant posters — one of each of the couples whose lives are followed in the drama — along with a message saying:

The Chinese drama is also receiving decent ratings on My Drama List, with an 8.3 out of 10 being awarded, but from just 27 viewers so far.
Comments on the site are also positive, and range from people talking about this being Cheng Lei’s third series premiering in almost as many weeks (Legend of the Female General and Shadow Love :
The color grading for this one is so good! Looks like they want to keep Cheng Lei’s hype while it’s still hot thus they’re dropping his drama almost every 2 weeks lol. He’s on a roll ! so happy for him!

Everytime i watch Chinese dramas based in Shanghai before the CCP revolution i get why the communists won the support of the people.
Imagine the whole country in extreme poverty, farmers treated like cattle by landlords, warlords taking over regions, western forces influencing things….
Then we have the wealthy that liked going abroad to study and lived in opulence. I’m curious to see how they will portray the war in this drama.
