Beijing-based animation studio Rocen (aka (Beijing Rocen Digital Technology Corp., Ltd.) was established in 2003 and, since then, has been responsible for creating several very popular donghua (Chinese anime) series.

Since 2012, Rocen Digital has utilized our self-developed, world-first multimedia intelligent development, production, and real-time rendering cloud computing engine named “Mandala Multimedia Intelligent Development System” to launch the large-scale 3D Wuxia animation series Xia Lan and Hua Jiang Hu, along with the animated film Wind Chaser.
In 2005, Rocen became a strategic partner of the China Cartoon Arts Commission.
The company has won many honors including the “ China Computer Animation Best Course Award ” in 2006, 2007, and 2008, and was also selected by the China E-Commerce Association as “ One of the top ten companies that affect Chinese computer animation”.
The company is also a member of the expert jury of the National Anime Industry Alliance.
