It’s Chang Long‘s 36th birthday, with iQIYI wishing him a happy birthday earlier today with a visual of the Chinese actor in his role as Yuwen Hong Tao in the upcoming C-drama Love in Red Dust.

There is no word yet on when Love in Red Dust will premiere, but it is scheduled for some time in 2026.
Alongside Chang Long in a supporting role, the Chinese drama stars Wang Xing Yue and Xu Ruo Han in the lead roles.
Chang Long’s career so far
I must admit, I hadn’t taken that much notice of Chang Long until he appeared as Shi Zi in the first season of the comedy drama Hilarious Family in 2023.
Since then, I’ve deliberately watched several of his previous dramas (including Springs of Life and The Bond), as I enjoyed his performance so much.
Since Hilarious Family, he has stood out in Romance on the Farm, Love’s Rebellion and, of course, in his superb 2025 performances as Nan Rui in A Dream Within a Dream, as Shen Shao Jie in Yummy Yummy Yummy, and in Season 2 of Hilarious Family, but this time as Ruan Ling.
He also had a supporting role in this year’s No Pain No Gain, and is due to play supporting roles in The Lament of Autumn and The Legend of Lu Xiao Feng (which has a phenomenal cast that includes Gong Jun, Riley Wang and Zheng Ye Cheng), which will likely release in 2027.
So yep, you could say Chang Long is eternally busy.
