SBS drama Phantom Lawyer, Episode 2 proved last night that its excellent ratings for its first episode were certainly not a fluke.
That’s because, while the supernatural comedy grabbed superb ratings for a first episode on Friday night, it shot past those pretty fast on Saturday night, grabbing even higher viewerships in both regions for Episode 2.
According to Nielsen Korea, that jump looked like this:
An extremely good nationwide rating of 8.7 percent versus the 6.3 percent it earned for Episode 1, and an even higher 9.2 percent versus the 5.6 percent it earned for the previous episode.
In other words, huge jumps indeed, and very likely a Korean drama that will hit double digits quite quickly.
Phantom Lawyer stars Yoo Yeon Seok and Esom.
The K-drama’s third episode will air on SBS on Friday March 20th, and stream on Netflix, Viki and Kocowa.
Let’s see how it performs then.
